Terms of Use

Version of October 20, 2026

The service

BoomBoomBattle is a free minesweeper tournament game. Playing does not require an account. An optional account keeps your points on all your devices and puts you on the leaderboard.

Your account

Use an email address that belongs to you. One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your nickname

No insulting, hateful or sexual nicknames, and no impersonating someone else. An inappropriate nickname may be changed and the account suspended.

Fair play

Forbidden: programs that play for you, exploiting bugs, attacking the service, and multiple accounts to distort the leaderboard. The server alone decides how games unfold; a result obtained unfairly may be cancelled.

Opponents

So that tournaments start quickly, automated opponents and replayed games of other players may fill the brackets.

Points and leaderboard

Points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged. The scoring and rules may change to keep the game balanced.

Availability

The game is provided as is, with no guarantee of availability. A game may be interrupted by maintenance or an outage.

Ending

You can stop at any time and delete your account in the game (“Account”, then “My data”), or by writing to contact@boomboombattle.com. An account that does not follow these terms may be suspended.

Contact and governing law

These terms are governed by French law. For any question: contact@boomboombattle.com.
